William David Joseph, 65, of Waynesburg, PA, died at 1:25 PM Monday, July 03, 2017, in the Washington Hospital in Washington, PA.
 He was born Sunday, May 18,1952 in Waynesburg, PA. A son of the late John Kiger and Mary Pester Joseph.
             Mr. Joseph was a veteran having served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was a member of the James Farrell American Legion Post #330 of Waynesburg. He worked as a cook and bartender at the Waynesburg Hotel and Lounge for several years.
 Also surviving are 2 Sisters: Betty Tennant of Waynesburg, PA and Eleanor Shriver of Markleysburg, PA., 18 Nieces and Nephews, and several Great Nieces and Nephews.
 Deceased are 3 Sisters: Marge Neff, Jean Brumley, and
Patty Eddy. 1 Brother: Jimmy who died in infancy.
 There will be a greeting of friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM the time of the Memorial Service on Saturday, July 08, 2017 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,197 N. Maiden St Waynesburg, PA 15370 with Pastor Arnold Watts officiating.  Burial will be private.  Military Rites will be accorded by the James Farrell American Legion Post #330 and the VFW Post #4793 both of Waynesburg.  Information is online at www.milliken-throckmortonfh.com.
